The fact is the ps3 wll be remembered as the console that defied all odds and came out on top despite powerful opposition from the other side, ms and its few devoted fans. They both brought great things to the table this generation but we all know that ms will put 100% of their focus on the next xbox while we're all still wondering what the ps3 will do next. Why are the xbox fans so up in arms lately? Is it a combination of jealously and insecurity? A lack of support in 09 from their leader M$? Everyone has big games next year so I think the real winners are the gamers themselves, rather than the poor fanboys already preparing for another year of trying to convince the world that the ps3 is dead. Dont be suprised when all 360 support is dropped in favor of the new xbox, we all know M$ has done that before to their fans.
how you would feel if m$ re-released halo 1 & 2 on the 360 with actual HD graphics, achievements, running at 60 FPS and for only $40. I know you are a bit too young to remember those games, but most of your buddies would be first in line to buy it.
Just because m$ doesn't care about providing a fan service like this doesn't mean that you have to be jealous of ours.
Rockstar North projects consist of GTA 's 3, VC, SA, 4 and Manhunt 1&2. Thats about it. Everything else like bully and max payne are handled by other rockstar studios. My point being is that you should all be expecting something awesome, fresh and memorable judging by who is developing it. This could easily turn out to be an amazing/landmark franchise.
I can't wait until AGENT is revealed. It will be the talk of the town until gtav is announced, it is Rockstar North mind you!
the game is so underrated among the other console shooters that it baffles me. at least there are always a few vctf & dm servers to pop in to though.

Well there is a chance that both MS and SONY will be a little more cautious before forking out so much money for dlc after what happened with gta. Gay Tony and meth dealing bikers are nice to have exclusive on your system but R* North turned around and is now making a full blown exclusive IP for the playstation 3, most definitely partially funded by the 50 million that MS payed. If the gameplay in Heavy Rain is such a mystery to you, I really suggest trying Indigo Prophecy. Its a brilliant game and will give you an extremely good idea of how Heavy Rain will play, but HR will have amazing graphics, a more realistic story and even more interactivity with every scene. There's really no reason not to be excited for it, honestly.
The grey boxes are there because some of the brighter themes made the game & comment text invisible. I'm sure the extra space will be filled with a trophy count display or something in the future.
What I'm hoping is for R* to use the opportunity they have with Agent to go insane with the variety & scale. Thats what made San Andreas such an awesome experience for me, the content & scale, both of which were absent from gta4. Regarding jetpacks, maybe our character has access to new and experimental technology that the government is working on. The cold war couldve caused a budget spike in R&D which would lead to lots of new and otherwise impossible concepts that would make it...
but I cant help but wonder what sorts of toys and gadgets AGENT will have. Hopefully we get a parachute, jetpack and night vision goggles like in San Andreas. Since you will be a spy those things don't seem too far fetched.
I didnt even think about the impact undisputeds success would have on the smackdown series. Now that THQ has a serious cash cow you can bet that some of that profit leaked down to the obviously limited smackdown budget. Maybe soon we'll get a new game engine or something, like a complete overhaul.
After learning about this years upgrades svr2010 has become one of my more anticipated games. We will no longer be restricted to 50 jobbers & logo-less created wrestlers, thanks to the caw share feature. In the matter of seconds you could have a mideon vs golga match if thats what you feel like doing. I can't wait to see what the community comes up with, the selection of classic wrestlers & characters is going to be overwhelming to say the least.
Without the ability to use logos on online enabled wrestlers, the caw share feature is basically worthless. Once they figure that out, the selection of wrestlers will be endless.
With that many leaks and rumors, it had to be true.
I am most excited to hear some AGENT info. The wizards at Rockstar North will surely give us PS3 owners something fresh & memorable.

Its more than just an advert, people. The song is famous because of Little Big Planet, its the only reason 99% of us here recognize it. Face the fact that MS used a song that is already strongly connected with something and that something happens to be Little Big Planet.
Unless you have played Little Big Planet, theres no way you can understand. This song was not just used in a trailer for the game like you are describing, this song IS Little Big Planet. It is featured throughout the game, and you can even use it in your created levels.
For the people that play the game on a regular basis, its impossible to hear this song and not think of Little Big Planet. Thats why it seems odd that MS would seemingly go out of their way to use it for their adv...
